Valve Champ in nice condition, plays flawlessly. Round tube low end with very good clarity on the highs. Cleans up nicely for fat clean tones. Excellent at both 9 or 12V. Comes as pictured. No PO boxes, please. Thanks-
""The Valve Champ is a tube boost/tone enhancer based on the classic Valvecaster design. Previously released as the Bug Drive during a PCDH19 charity auction, the Valve Champ employs a JJ 12AU7 tube for authentic tube boost and character. The Valve Champ expands upon the Valvecaster by using a tilt EQ tone control and an additional JFET boost on the output. The center frequency for the tilt EQ is 300 Hz.
The pedal requires a DC power supply (not included). The DC supply should be a standard Boss style connector, center negative polarity. The pedal can accept 9 to 12 volts. Do not exceed 12 volts or the tube will be damaged. The current draw is 150 mA.
The Valve Champ has a true bypass switch.
