Sadly, Roland has stopped making the System-8, which is still one of the greatest modern synths around.
This one is in very good condition with a few minor issues, none of which affect the functionality or sound quality (which is phenomenal).
The instrument has a few scratches and blemishes and I replaced the volume knob with a sturdier metal version . Additionally, a few years back, one of the sectors in the upper left sector of the "Osc 1 Variation" screen stopped working. This is only a very occasional issue since none of the synth models (Jupiter-8, Juno-106,or JX-3P) have a "4th variation" with only "System-8" plug in having this additional variation (see pics )
