This is Brian Wheat from Tesla’s 1966 Gibson non reverse thunderbird. He got this bass in 89.
He used this bass in 91 on the Psychotic supper tour. i have a letter from Brian for the bass in which he says one of his roadies dropped the bass and broke the headstock
But then he had the neck replaced by the legendary Gene Baker who worked for Gibson and fender custom shop.
This is a great vintage rockstar bass that feels and plays great with lots of attitude.
Signed by the man himself along with his letter of authenticity.
