Two-Rock Studio Pro Plus 35 Head with Original Footswitch

Beautiful Two-Rock Studio Pro Plus 35 head in fantastic condition, complete with the original Two-Rock two-button footswitch.

This amp has had an exceptionally easy life. It has only ever been used occasionally for recording at home, has never been gigged, and has seen very little use over the years. It has been extremely well looked after and is in superb cosmetic condition.

The Studio Pro Plus is the rarer and more fully featured version of the Studio Pro, adding Two-Rock’s valve tremolo and footswitchable Expansion circuit.

The original two-button footswitch is included and works perfectly. It controls:

• Expansion, which bypasses the tone stack and drives the gain stage harder, providing a superb footswitchable boost with additional gain, presence and immediacy
• Tremolo, allowing the amp’s all-valve tremolo circuit to be switched in and out from the floor

The amp delivers everything Two-Rock are famous for: huge, three-dimensional clean tones, exceptional touch sensitivity, rich harmonics, beautiful spring reverb and an outstanding response to pedals.

For John Mayer fans, this is particularly appealing. Mayer’s long association with Two-Rock helped make this style of large, articulate, harmonically rich clean tone so sought after. This is not a John Mayer Signature model, but it very much belongs to that Two-Rock tonal family and is a wonderful platform for Strat-style guitars, expressive clean playing and drive pedals.
