This 1975 Martin D-35 is in very good cosmetic condition for its age. There are a few finish marks, a little fret wear in the first position, yet it sounds great. Beautiful Sitka top over Rosewood sides and 3-piece back. 11/16" nut.
The guitar will benefit from a neck reset at some point in its future (just over 2/32" inch at 12th fret on the high E and 4/32" on the low E). I would confidently play a gig with the guitar as it is, and I also want to be transparent if you're looking for particularly low action. There is some room left to file the nut slots, if desired. I have priced this with that in mind, and the original Martin-branded case is included with the sale.
