Overall condition is more Mint than Excellent. It was bought brand new and I've rarely played it.

It does play well. Selling because I need to reduce the collection down to a nice round number of 9.

I put it in my Black Cherry Phoenix's case and then placed the case in my closet. This is where it has been stored. I have too many guitars in my closet that do not get played. While **some** of the ones on the hangers get played on the regular.
