1989 Gibson J-200, made in Bozeman, Montana.

This is an early Bozeman-era J-200 from the first year Gibson restarted acoustic production in Montana and brought the J-200 back into regular production. A very clean, early-run example of one of Gibson’s most iconic guitars.

The guitar is in exceptional, museum-quality condition and has clearly been very well cared for. Natural finish, figured maple body, floral pickguard, moustache bridge, gold hardware, and the classic J-200 look throughout.

Serial number: 82489006

It plays beautifully and has the big, clear, powerful jumbo sound these guitars are known for. Includes the Gibson hard-shell case shown in the photos.
