The PRS McCarty 594 Tremolo in Private Stock Laguna is a beautifully appointed instrument that combines classic McCarty character with the exceptional craftsmanship and visual refinement of the PRS Private Stock tradition. Its Flame Maple 10 Top sits over a Mahogany back and sides, creating a rich, resonant foundation while showcasing a striking figured maple surface beneath the Private Stock Laguna finish.
The Mahogany neck features a Pattern Vintage carve and is paired with a bound East Indian Rosewood fretboard and matching East Indian Rosewood veneer. The fretboard is adorned with Outline Old School Birds featuring sparkle MOP outlines and distinctive pink heart centers, adding an elegant and unmistakable touch to the instrument's presentation.
McCarty III pickups deliver a rich, dynamic voice with plenty of warmth, clarity, and harmonic detail. The McCarty 594 Electronics provide two volume controls, two push-pull tone controls, and a three-way toggle on the upper bout, offering an expansive range of tones. The Gen III Tremolo adds expressive vibrato while maintaining the smooth, precise response expected from PRS.
