Part of Yamahafs classic FG/FS800 series, the FS830 features a folk-style body with a deep cutaway and a slimmer profile, making it an acoustic guitar that balances excellent playability with authentic resonance.
It features a solid spruce top and rosewood back and sides. The newly designed scalloped bracing brings out a rich resonance in the mid-to-low frequencies, resulting in a well-balanced sound that combines a clear, focused tone with depth and long sustain.
In addition to a body that fits comfortably in the hands?with a width of 380 mm and a depth of 90?110 mm?it combines a 634 mm scale length with a 43 mm nut width, making it ideal not only for strumming chords but also for arpeggios and delicate fingerpicking. Itfs easy to handle and helps maintain a natural playing posture, making it a great choice for everything from a first guitar to a go-to acoustic for everyday use!
