About This Listing

1984 Hamer USA Blitz guitar with factory Kahler tremolo & OHSC. Rare Gunmetal finish. Looks black in darker light turns bluish / gray in sunlight. Guitar looks to have had some type of synth pickup installed at one time. NOTE the three holes on the top & the Kahler tremolo has been notched out for one of the screw holes. This guitar also has another oddity - three of the tuners are marked with the Hamer logo & three are Schaller labeled. All tuners are Schaller made tuners, this was a transition time for Hamer to move to the Hamer labeled tuners & after discussion with other Hamer guitar experts the guitar most likely shipped from the factory with the tuners in this configuration. Guitar looks to be all stock except tone & volumes knobs.  Stock Hamer/DiMarzio Slammer pickups. Pickups are wired out of phase when in the middle position.
