Recently serviced directly by Groove Synthesis after an output noise issue was discovered. Groove Synthesis confirmed it was caused by an original manufacturing issue on the circuit board and repaired/replaced the necessary components.
The synth is back from the manufacturer and working perfectly. I have the original correspondence documenting the diagnosis and repair.
