Duesenberg Starplayer-Bass 2007

Thank you for shopping at Last Guitar! We hope you find something you like!

Up for sale is a nice 2007 Duesenberg Starplayer Bass!!

This item is a short-scale semi-hollow bass. It features an attractive sunburst finish on the top, with a transparent black finish on the back. The top is made of laminated spruce, while the back is laminated maple with a rustic yet beautiful tiger figure. The semi-hollow construction provides a strong, resonant acoustic character.

As for the condition, there are some minor signs of use throughout the instrument, as well as some dulling of the metal hardware. However, considering its age, it remains in relatively good overall condition. There is a noticeable mark on the back that resembles a buckle scratch. Fret wear is minimal, and the neck is in good condition, so there should currently be no issues with playability. There are no problems that affect performance, although the tuner for the second string does feel slightly stiff.

Semi-hollow basses of this type are rarely seen on the market. This is a lightweight instrument that delivers a surprisingly thick and hard-hitting sound despite its hollow construction. Highly recommended.

The soft case shown in the listing is included.
