Almost Mint, 9-9.5 out of 10, notice the only 2 blemishes in the pics, 1 small scratch on the back and 1 small scuff on the tip of the headstock. Pick guard has light pick scratches from limited normal play. This guitar has seen very little play time. Fresh strings, tuning, intonation and fretboard oiled. It’s primed and ready for it’s next owner!!
The setup is to my preference, very low string height, may need to adjust to your preference and picking style.
