Used - Excellent Condition

  • Body: the top, back, and sides all have some scratches, scuff marks, small dings/indentations--light buckle rash; the pickguard has some very light scuff marks on it; the neckplate has a couple of super small scratches on it
  • Neck, Fretboard, and Headstock: the fretboard looks virtually flawless; some small indentations can be found along the back of the neck, but most of them are clustered between the nut and 2nd fret position; the front and back of the headstock look almost flawless, but there are some easily noticeable dings and scrapes along the front and back edges, particularly at the very end edges of the headstock
  • Action and Playability: the action is about medium, plus the neck is straight and the truss rod functions flawlessly
  • Frets: moderate wear with a couple of small grooves just starting to form in the first fret
  • Hardware: the tuners and the bridge look virtually flawless, but the neckplate has a couple of super small scratches on it
  • Electronics: all functions flawlessly
  • Includes: electric bass guitar (case/gig bag not included)

For authentic, original-era tone Fender re-voiced the single split-coil P Bass pickup to sound more like the original. Seismic and punchy, it has the tone that made the P Bass one of the most popular electric basses. The "Vintage C"-shaped neck has a 7.25"-radius fingerboard with 20 vintage-style frets for classic playing feel. A vintage-style, 4-saddle bridge with threaded saddles and vintage-style tuning machines provide original-era aesthetics, rock-solid performance and tuning stability. Other features include an anodized aluminum pickguard, chrome hardware and 4-bolt neck plate. This bass is fire!
