What makes it special
The standout feature is the Road Worn finish, which is intentionally aged to reproduce the appearance and feel of McCready's longtime Strat. The Slim "C" neck and 9.5" rosewood fingerboard are based on his 1960 Strat, while the custom pickups are voiced to reproduce the bright, articulate vintage-Strat sound associated with McCready's Pearl Jam work.
In short: this is a relatively vintage-spec Fender Strat with modern playability, designed specifically for McCready-style bluesy, aggressive rock and grunge tones. The combination of the aged nitro finish, rosewood board, vintage tremolo, and custom pickups makes it considerably more specialized than a standard American Strat.
