Fender body/Warmoth neck Stratocaster partscaster - Sunburst
I assembled this partscaster in 2022 from a fender MIM body, warmoth roasted maple strat neck, Seymour Duncan antiquit pickups, gotoh 510 trem, fender staggered locking tuners, brass trem claw, silent springs, CTs pots, oaks grigsby switch mint green fender pickguard. The neck is standard profile, 10”-16” compound radius fretboard medium jumbo SS freets. There are two blemishes to note. One is a small dent in the fretboard on the high e side. The other is a tiny hole I accidentally drilled through the back of the guitar when I was installing pickups. You can see it in the back shots. The guitar is also wired master volume master tone with the 3rd pot being a neck pickup blend so you can roll up a Gilmour mod to varying degrees. All and all it’s a fantastic guitar. Very snappy and twangy. It’s got a lively jump to the notes and you can feel it when you’re playing. The Seymour Duncan's sound incredible. I know I’ll never even come close to breaking even but it’s probably right for someone. And it’s soooo much better than a current off the shelf production model.
