Suhr Ian Thornley Classic T Antique - Trans TV Yellow #94662

The Suhr Ian Thornley Classic T Antique in Trans TV Yellow is a distinctive signature instrument that blends classic Tele-inspired character with the modern performance and precision of Suhr craftsmanship. Its two-piece Fijian mahogany body features hand-shaped contours and a gloss Trans TV Yellow finish, creating a bold vintage-inspired appearance with a refined boutique presence. Black appointments throughout, including the Electrosocket jack, strap buttons, bridge, locking tuners, and gloss 3-ply Classic T Deluxe pickguard, give the instrument a striking visual contrast.

The mahogany neck features a satin finish and Ian Thornley V neck profile, measuring .875 to .970 inches, providing a substantial yet comfortable feel. An ebony fingerboard with a 16-inch radius and standard roll is fitted with 22 stainless steel jumbo frets, clay face dots, and clay side dots. The hybrid headstock carries a gloss black finish with a satin step, cream-outline Suhr logo decal, Ian Thornley signature engraving, and black Suhr locking tuning gears. A 1.650-inch black Tusq nut completes the neck.

For a powerful and versatile tonal palette, the guitar is equipped with an SSV neck pickup in Raw Nickel and an SSH Plus bridge pickup in Raw Nickel. A 3-way toggle selects the pickup combinations, while dual volume and dual tone controls provide detailed control over the instrument's voice. A push-pull custom function adds further tonal flexibility, making this Classic T capable of moving from articulate cleans to aggressive, high-output textures with ease.

The hardware includes a black Suhr 2-post bridge with solid saddles and a steel block, while the Tremolo Cavity Cover is omitted for a clean rear appearance. Strung with .010-.046 strings, the Ian Thornley Classic T Antique weighs 8 pounds 2 ounces and comes with a Deluxe Padded Gig Bag. With its Fijian mahogany construction, ebony fingerboard, stainless steel jumbo frets, signature Ian Thornley neck profile, Raw Nickel pickups, and Trans TV Yellow finish, this is a highly individual Suhr built for players who want vintage-inspired aesthetics with modern boutique performance.
