The Collings 470-JL is Julian Lage’s signature electric: a fully hollow, trestle-blocked design that delivers huge acoustic resonance, fast response, and exceptional clarity. In Antiqued Blonde with Collings’ nitro finish, Bigsby B3 vibrato, and Ron Ellis Ellisonics pickups, it channels vintage feel with modern precision—ready for swingy cleans, articulate jazz, or touch-sensitive overdrive.
Highlights- Julian Lage signature model, fully hollow with trestle block for lively resonance.
- Ron Ellis Ellisonics pickups (custom adjustable height) for dynamic, wide-band clarity.
- Bigsby B3 vibrato with pinned ebony base/TOM (nylon saddles) = shimmer + tuning stability.
- 24 7/8" scale, ebony fingerboard, Waverly relic-nickel tuners—sleek playability and feel.
- Antiqued nitrocellulose lacquer finish for a broken-in vibe and immediate response.
