AnalogMan Sun Lion #41 – Early 2005 – 3x White Dot NKT275 – Rare
Selling an exceptionally early Analog Man Sun Lion, serial #41, from the original era of Sun Lion production.
This is the highly sought-after early configuration using three white-dot NKT275 normal/regular-gain germanium transistors — two in the Sun Face fuzz circuit and one in the Beano Boost side.
Analog Man introduced the Sun Lion in early 2005 by combining the Sun Face and Beano Boost into one tri-germanium pedal. The original white-dot NKT275 transistors have been unavailable for many years and are especially prized for their smooth fuzz character, excellent guitar-volume cleanup and clarity.
Details:
● Analog Man Sun Lion
● Serial #41
● Early-production gold enclosure
● 3x white-dot NKT275 germanium transistors
● Normal/regular-gain NKT275s
● Sun Face fuzz + Beano Boost
● LOW/MID/HIGH boost switch
● Original early Sun Lion graphics
● Made in USA
● Fully functional
This is a genuinely used early example and shows cosmetic wear consistent with its age. Please look closely at the photos. I have intentionally left the pedal as-is rather than attempting to clean up or restore the enclosure.
This is not a later Sun Lion using alternative germanium transistors. The early serial number and three-white-dot NKT275 configuration make this an uncommon example for an Analog Man collector or serious fuzz enthusiast.
