🎸 Damage Control Womanizer – Tube preamp/distortion, including power supply 🔥

Selling my second-hand Damage Control Womanizer, including the matching power supply. 🔌

Visually, this little gem has definitely seen its fair share of stages, rehearsal rooms and, presumably, a few minor skirmishes. ⚔️ In short: It looks like it’s been through the mill. Technically, though, it works like a charm ✅ and reliably transforms a harmless guitar signal into a full-blown force of nature. 🌪️

Thanks to genuine valves, the Womanizer delivers everything from warm, creamy overdrive 🧈 to a proper high-gain wall of sound 🧱. It makes sounds bigger, wider and more dangerous, extends the sustain to what feels like next weekend ♾️ and even makes mediocre riffs sound almost convincing. With a bit of patience, it might even make up for a lack of talent – though that hasn’t been scientifically proven yet. 🧪😉

The numerous controls allow for very detailed tone shaping. It also features a recording output and a speaker simulation. Works before the amp, in the studio or directly into the mixing desk. A real Swiss Army knife – only heavier, louder and with valves. 🇨🇭🔊

And yes: the name does occasionally cause misunderstandings. 😏 However, this model is designed exclusively for guitars and is operated in the classic way – with your foot. 👠 Anyone looking for the other ‘Womanizer’ is probably better off in a different category. 😉
