In great shape and all full of the sweet, swirly goodness one hopes for. Effect signal was not passing through when I got this. Turns out the LM741 chip that serves as the input buffer was shot. In the circuit picture, the four chips on the left are the four phase stages, each chip paired with a JFET. On the right, the lower chip is for the LFO (creates the swirl) and the other is the input buffer. I replaced that one with an 1979 NOS Signetics LM741 chip, and that restored the effect. The Phase 90 was the first compact phaser effect. Has a script logo enclosure, and you can see by those initials on the bottom plate that this was previously owned by Charlie Daniels - and if that isn't true, it should be. Includes the original box with matching production number.
