I have a 2025 Tom Anderson Top Icon T here. With its factory deluxe hard shell case and paperwork. This is a lightweight specimen weighing just 6 lb 11 oz.

It is stock with the exception of an extra set of tuners being present. The original locking tuners are included. The current tuners are Tom Anderson vintage style gold tuners. They are a drop in replacement with no new holes made. The vintage style tuners look very appropriate on this Telecaster style guitar.

Conditionally the guitar looks gorgeous. With virtually nothing to report here.

Per my inspection of this guitar, it looks pretty much immaculate. Any superficial guitar picks strumming on the plastic pickguard will be absolutely minimal. I didn't find any patterns or any sheen of light strumming. Any similar superficial swirling will be absolutely minimal to nonexistent on the guitar body itself. I did not find any small sections of soft pattern playwear. There may be some temporary fingerprints on that beautiful satin finish. But I did not find any glossing or shiny spots or permanent smudges. So this guitar really looks immaculately clean throughout, from top to bottom, back and front and sides.

The neck looks as clean as the body. I did not find any marks or any playwear to report there. The frets are tall and full. The setup plays fantastic. The factory electronics are working as they should. And the hard shell case is in excellent condition.

This one easily rates a 9.8/10 and grades as excellent. This is on the better side of what I see in a used guitar, especially one with a satin finish. So this is a really nice opportunity to get a babied, collector kept, recently made Tom Anderson guitar with a figured top. It is structurally and sonically sound. And certainly plays and sounds as good as it looks.

Anderson guitars are an upper echelon guitar maker. I have had many Fender Custom shop, Ernie Ball Ball family reserve, and Suhr guitars, and those are the contemporaries that I would say are comparable in quality to an Anderson. That said the Anderson does distinguish itself and have its own feel that stands alone.

The two bolt neck pocket immediately caught my attention. What I have noticed is this is a deeper set of the neck for a bolt on. And rather than being perfectly flat and squarish at the joint. It tapers to a curved shape allowing the guitar body to hug and surround the lower neck tenon. This is very precise guitar building. And I believe I actually even hear the effect of this. It's one of the crucial parts of a guitar is the tone transfer and sustain that comes from joining the body and the neck. This guitar has unbelievable sustain for a bolt-on instrument. And the tone transfer is just incredible. It has a very touch sensitive, interactive feel to it. The pickups contribute to that as well. You will marvel at the amount of subtle detail and how frequency rich this guitar is when you play it.

The pickups are fantastic and sound to my years as good as any company that's solely makes pickups I would put them right up there with Bare Knuckle and Lollar.

The satin neck contour finish. Is some of the finest finish work I have ever seen. It feels like soft alabaster. The fret work and playability again is next level. I have plenty of guitars that have great fret work and play nicely. This guitar is sort of that next level that you didn't even know existed when you play it you say oh my goodness this is just perfection.

So Anderson guitars deserve their esteemed reputation. Even among the boutique, the niche, upper elite guitars. It stands out as having a crafted, perfected feel to it. And it does not sound sterile or clinical which sometimes happens when a guitar attempts to be to "perfect". It has a woody almost vintage like sweetness to the tone. That is addictive to play.

Note that this listing may come down at anytime as I am a multi-platform seller and do sell locally and on my own Site as well in an effort to keep sales fluid. State sales tax will be charged on Reverb sales when applicable, so factor that in to your purchase.

I will immaculately pack it as well. I use quality shipping boxes, ample tape on all sides. And sufficient bubble wrap filler and bracing inside the box. And always Marked/denoted as fragile. I generally detune guitars 1/2 half step prior to shipment as well if needed.
