I love the top and being able to see the wood grain beneath the white finish.
Body: Mahogany with modern weight relief and carved maple top Neck: Mahogany with '60s SlimTaper profile Fingerboard: Bound rosewood (or granadillo depending on exact batch) with trapezoid inlays Pickups: Exposed-coil '57 Classic (neck) and '57 Classic Plus (bridge) with push-pull coil-splitting volume controls (** pickups were replaced with Seymour Duncans) Hardware: Typically gold-plated, featuring Grover locking tuners (some standard versions shipped with or had options for the Min-ETune automated tuning system) Distinctive Details: Special "T" engraving on the truss rod cover and gold speed knobs
