Well geez. Selling my sweet dear Fussy—as we called her in the studio.

I guess if you are searching for this you either have one and are looking to make a pair or you’ve heard about it and know how apesh*t insane she is. If you don’t know, a little research will go along way.

She’s intense, she can also be gentle though, if you take the time. And you should take the time. She’s....fussy, but worth it. Great on synths, drum machines, hand claps, violins, vocals, acoustic guitar, whatever else. Plug your guitar directly into it and use the built in amp to drive a speaker cabinet. Enjoy the lovely Jesus and Mary Chain fuzz from Psychocandy and Barbed Wire Kisses.

Quite possibly my favorite bass di. Be extreme with those eq sliders turn them all down save 1 or 2 and turn those all the way up. Run that plaintive picked acoustic through, filter out all the top end, crank up the resonance, put the Lf/Hf balance mostly towards the Lf, put it on the edge of distortion and then eq to taste. By all means, play with the damn envelope pot.

Run a ribbon mic through her (with a little cloud lifter assistance) and crank up the vintage germanium pre in dirty mode. You will get the sound of rock and roll.

Lots of gain to be had here. Very versatile. Works well within modular setups

Ships in her original box, with the original manual complete with blood stains. Spend some time with the suggested settings and then branch out.

She’s in great shape. A tiny scratch here, a small nick there. Zoom in on those photos to see. The wood finish is fantastic. A little discoloration from the rack screws.

I might consider selling internationally eventually but trying stateside only first.
