Most RD-1000 units suffer from audio degradation due to failing components. This unit has just undergone a comprehensive professional overhaul. The notorious A5 relay and its associated capacitors were replaced using premium New Old Stock (NOS) parts, completely restoring its factory-spec, crystal-clear sound quality. 100% operational. All keys, patches, chorus/tremolo effects, and sliders work perfectly.

While the original vintage stand is absent, this listing includes a brand-new, ultra-sturdy Roland KS-G8 stand ($250+ retail value) which offers incredible stability for this heavy-weight keyboard.

**Cosmetic Note**
There is a minor cosmetic wear mark on the chassis just above the right volume fader (clearly highlighted in the listing photos). This is purely superficial and does not affect the function, slider travel, or audio output of the unit in any way.
