Tuner is in good working order, having been fully tested by myself personally. All buttons along the face are appropriately responsive to their designated actions, display shines brightly when the unit is on and running, and power chord is void if any tears or frays along the length of the cable. Tuner is in decent shape cosmetically, showing only some signs of age-related wear around the exterior. Does not include any manuals for operation, or packaging material from the manufacturer.
