Description:
Crafted from pure Sabian B20 bronze, the AA series is where it all began — the foundation Sabian was built on. Classically thin and traditionally lathed, AA delivers a rich, even response with dynamics dictated by the drummer's intensity.
Sound Character: Bright, crisp, and cutting, with an immediate, fast response and instant decay. More body and sustain than the smaller 6" and 8" AA Splashes, while still keeping that quick, punchy character.
Key Specs:
- Size: 10"
- Series: AA (traditional)
- Metal: B20 Bronze
- Weight: Extra-thin
- Sound: Bright
- Finish: Natural/Traditional
If you only need one splash on your kit, this is the size and voicing that covers the most ground — quick, punchy accents for rock, funk, jazz, or blues, with just enough sustain to feel musical rather than clipped.
