A 2005 Classic Player Stratocaster has arrived in stock.

As the predecessor to the Custom Classic series, this line is built to Custom Shop standards based on modern specifications. It features a urethane finish, a two-point tremolo system, and Rotomatic tuners—all designed with modern playability in mind.

The neck shape is a slim “C” profile that meets modern needs without being bound by vintage aesthetics, featuring high frets and a flat radius to accommodate a variety of setups.

Another key feature is the 22-fret configuration, which is not found on traditional models.

It is equipped with Noiseless Pickups, and the interior of the cavity has been coated with conductive paint.

This particular instrument features an ash body with a wide, eye-catching grain pattern and subtle flame maple flecks.

It is equipped with Noiseless Pickups, which minimize the noise inherent to single-coil pickups to the absolute minimum.

Additionally, the Tone 2 control features a “No Load” pot that bypasses the tone circuit.

It also includes a high-pass filter.

Overall, the guitar is in excellent condition with no noticeable dents or chips.

The frets have been leveled and appear to have about 60–70% of their original height remaining.

The finish is “See-Through Blue” (Cobalt Blue), which really makes the ash grain stand out.

This is one of those colors unique to the Custom Shop!!

We recommend this guitar to anyone who wants a great Fender guitar—even if they’re not looking for a vintage-style sound!
