Up for sale is this 2010 Fender MG-69 Mustang electric guitar. These Japanese Fender instruments never fail to impress and this one is no different, being not only a great player but it's also a real looker with the solid red finish and matching headstock...

This instrument is all original with the exception of the strap buttons and possibly the tremolo arm. The original red (non-metallic) finish looks great but does show some wear in the form of some dings, light scuffs and scratches, and the finish has sunken into the seam of the body so a line has appeared there. We have tried to capture these condition factors in the photos. It has the typical Fender neck pocket finish checks (purely cosmetic, pictured). The original pickguard shows some discoloration that's very hard to capture in the photos. The original hardware shows some wear and pitting, but cleaned up nicely.

This one has just been gone over by our tech who cleaned it up, polished the frets, oiled the fretboard, sprayed out the electronics, installed a freah set of strings, and performed some light set up work. It's a great player with comfortable, low action all the way up the neck. The electronics all work as they should, including the selector switches.

A modern Fender hardshell case is included and is in excellent condition, showing only minor wear. A nice Fender guitar strap is included as well, making this one ready to take to the gig: just add cable and amplifier!

Overall, not a perfect example, but a nice guitar that could very easily become your next main axe. Don't miss out...
