The Taylor GS Mini-e Koa brings the natural beauty and distinctive voice of Hawaiian Koa to Taylor's compact and highly approachable GS Mini platform. Its Hawaiian Koa top, back, and sides create a warm, focused acoustic character with a beautiful balance of clarity, resonance, and natural sweetness, while the layered Koa back maintains the instrument's lightweight and durable construction. The GS Mini body shape offers a remarkably full voice in a compact footprint, making this non-cutaway guitar equally comfortable at home, on the road, or wherever inspiration strikes. Its matte finish across the top, back, and sides allows the natural character of the Koa to remain at the forefront, complemented by a clean design with no body binding, armrest, or pickguard.

The Neo-Tropical Mahogany neck provides a comfortable foundation for the instrument, paired with a West African Crelicam Ebony fretboard featuring understated 4mm Italian Acrylic dot inlays. With a 23-1/2-inch scale length, the GS Mini-e Koa offers an inviting playing feel that makes chords, melodies, and fingerstyle passages feel natural and accessible. The neck is finished in varnish for a smooth, comfortable feel, while the standard peghead maintains the instrument's simple, elegant appearance. A West African Crelicam Ebony bridge completes the tonal foundation, paired with a NuBone nut and Micarta saddle for reliable performance and consistent response.

The appointments remain deliberately understated, allowing the Hawaiian Koa to command attention. Taylor Chrome tuners provide smooth and dependable tuning control, while the black bridge pins create a subtle contrast against the natural wood. The guitar comes strung with D'Addario XS Coated Phosphor Bronze Medium strings in .013 to .056 gauge, offering a balanced combination of projection, warmth, and durability. With no binding or pickguard, the overall aesthetic remains clean and organic, emphasizing the graceful lines and distinctive figuring of the Koa throughout the instrument.

For amplified performance, the GS Mini-e Koa is equipped with Taylor ES-B electronics, giving its naturally expressive acoustic voice an easy transition to the stage, rehearsal space, or recording environment. Designed for the right-handed player and weighing just 3 pounds 15 ounces, this compact guitar delivers an impressive musical presence without the size or weight of a traditional full-size acoustic. The Taylor GS Mini-e Koa is an inviting blend of Hawaiian character, comfortable playability, and everyday portability, offering a beautifully responsive instrument that is ready to follow the music wherever it leads.
