For sale: 1977 Ibanez 2350 – a classic Japanese-made Les Paul-style single-cut from the lawsuit era, built at FujiGen (or equivalent high-quality Japanese factory).

This is a solid-body single-cutaway with the typical 2350 construction: mahogany body with arched top, bolt-on maple neck, bound ebonized rosewood fingerboard with pearloid block inlays, and 22 frets. These guitars are well-regarded for their playability, lighter weight compared to many Gibsons of the era, and strong tone from the original Super 80 Flying Fingers Maxon humbuckers

Modifications:

Kahler top mount floating tremolo system (mounted to existing posts without routing).

Unfortunately, the bar was lost by a previous owner.

Grover tuners addaed to replace failing factory tuners.

The guitar plays well with low action, good frets, and a straight neck. It has the classic mid-70s Ibanez Les Paul vibe with the added versatility of the Kahler. The Grover tuners offer reliable tuning stability.

Cosmetic condition: light play wear, finish checking common for the era, but relatively clean without any major chips or cracks. The gold hardware plating shows its age as you can see in the pics.
