This is one of the highly sought-after early AMS Neve 1084 reissues, manufactured in 2007. These early examples are considerably rarer than current-production 1084s and are identifiable by their original-style bare PCB construction without the solder mask found on later production. They represent an early generation of AMS’s 80-series reissues and are particularly desirable among collectors and engineers who prefer the older component implementation and construction. Works perfects and sounds incredible.
