A used Fender American Vintage '62 Stratocaster has just arrived!!
Manufactured in 1990
Featuring an alder body, maple neck, and rosewood fingerboard.
This guitar has a distinctive look and delivers that classic Strat-like bell-like tone.
The body has numerous dents, paint chips, scratches, and weather checking throughout.
The neck shows signs of sun fading, dents, and paint peeling.
There is also some slight warping, but the truss rod has plenty of play, so there are no issues at this time.
Regarding the electronics, the lead wire for the middle pickup has been replaced, the wire for the bridge pickup has been spliced, and other wiring modifications are evident; however, we have determined that the pickups and pots are original.
Additionally, the hardware shows signs of tarnish and rust, and the G-string tuning peg is slightly loose.
