Selling my Fender Custom Shop GT11 1963 Telecaster Heavy Relic in Aged Tahitian Coral, built as part of Sweetwater’s exclusive GT11 Custom Shop series.

This is an especially cool spec. It combines the look and character of a heavily played early-’60s Tele with some much more player-friendly features, including an 11” fingerboard radius, 6105 frets, roasted flame maple neck and 4-way switching.

The neck is one of the highlights of this guitar — AAA flame roasted maple with a dark rosewood fingerboard and a comfortable 1960-style Oval C profile, measuring approximately .830” at the first fret and .930” at the 12th.

The select ash body is finished in Aged Tahitian Coral Heavy Relic, with extensive factory aging throughout. All of the wear shown in the photos is intentional Fender Custom Shop relic work.

Pickup configuration is a ’63 Tele bridge pickup and loaded ’51 Nocaster neck pickup, combined with 4-way switching for the traditional Tele sounds plus the additional series position for a bigger, fuller sound.
