Boss BCB-60 Powered Pedalboard / Carrying Case – Routing Panel, Foam & Cables

The BCB-60 is a combined pedalboard, cable-management system, power-distribution platform and rigid transport case designed for Boss compact pedals, Twin Pedals and many other standard effects pedals.

The outer shell is made from tough blow-moulded resin and closes into a rigid carrying case with integrated handle and latches. The lid has protective egg-crate foam, while the lower section contains removable/cuttable foam inserts designed to hold pedals securely without requiring conventional hook-and-loop tape. Boss specifically designed the insert system so pedals could be removed and rearranged while remaining protected during transport.

This example has already been configured for a previous pedal setup. Several sections of the lower foam have been cut or removed to accommodate different pedal shapes. This is visible clearly in the photographs and gives plenty of open space for configuring another setup, although replacement or additional foam may be desirable if you want a completely different layout.

The BCB-60 also has an integrated connection panel. The board provides Input and Send connections for the beginning of the pedal chain, stereo Return A/B connections, and stereo Output A/B connections. This allows the external guitar and amplifier connections to remain at the edge of the board rather than connecting directly to individual pedals each time the board is used. The dual Return/Output arrangement also supports stereo effects.

The integrated power-distribution section has a PSC IN connection for a compatible Boss/Roland external power adapter and a DC OUT connection for distributing power to compatible pedals through a parallel DC cable. Boss rates the BCB-60 system for up to 1000 mA total current when used with the appropriate supply.

Important: no external Boss PSB-1U / PSC wall adapter is visible in the photographs, so an external power adapter is not included unless specifically agreed otherwise before purchase. The internal routing/power-distribution module itself is present.

A selection of right-angle patch cables and power-distribution cables is included exactly as shown in the photographs. Because this is a used board and the cables have been collected from my previous setup, I am describing them as the assorted included cables shown rather than guaranteeing that every cable originally supplied with a factory-new BCB-60 is present.

The long cable-cover / wire-holder panel is present and allows patch and power wiring to be routed underneath the raised rear section for a cleaner installation.

The board is in very good used cosmetic condition overall. The exterior shell has normal scratches, scuffs, dust and storage/transport marks. The handle and latches appear intact. The interior has normal dust and handling marks, and the lid foam shows impressions consistent with previous use.

I have not freshly tested it before listing, it is sold as photographed and described.

Please review all photographs carefully. They show the actual BCB-60, exterior shell, handle, latches, interior foam, cut pedal inserts, routing/power module, cable-management section and all included cables.

Boss confirms the BCB-60's Input, Send, Return A/B, Output A/B and DC connections, 670 × 370 × 100 mm dimensions and approximately 3.8 kg weight. The original factory package also contained an external power adapter, parallel DC cable, multiple short and long right-angle patch cables and configurable foam inserts.

Shipping

The BCB-60 will be closed securely and packed inside a strong outer shipping box with protective packing material.
