2019 Gibson Les Paul Standard '50s in Gold Top, and 2019 is a good year for this one since it's the first run of Gibson's Original Collection, when they went back to proper vintage spec across the board. It's all original and in very good condition, with a flawless top and neck and frets that are still perfect. There's some buckle rash on the back and finish wear by the heel, purely cosmetic and nothing structural, so this is a player's guitar rather than a case queen, which is exactly right for someone who wants to gig it or just have something honest to jam on. Underneath the gold is a solid mahogany body with a maple top, a rounded 50s Vintage neck profile, rosewood fingerboard with acrylic trapezoid inlays, ABR-1 Tune-O-Matic bridge, aluminum stop bar, and Vintage Deluxe tuners with keystone buttons. Electronics are the stock BurstBucker 1 and 2 with hand wired audio taper pots and Orange Drop capacitors, so it does the whole range from chimey cleans to full throated crunch without any help. Comes with the brown Gibson hardshell case with pink interior, plus the original manual.
