Condensing the essence of Tone King's beloved American-voiced amplifier into a convenient 2-channel preamp module, the Synergy Tone King Imperial delivers all the rich detail and sonic versatility of the full-size amp, enabling you to toggle between black-panel-style cleans and Tweed-like drive with ease. You even get a built-in Zero Watt power amp section, which allows the Tone King Imperial module to replicate the original amplifier's phase inverter circuitry. This module includes 12AX7-fueled Rhythm and Lead channels, each with dedicated per-channel Attenuation, Volume, and tone-shaping controls. You also get an HF frequency-cut switch. Moreover, like the amplifier that inspired it, the Tone King Imperial module features an analog bias-modulated tremolo, seasoning your playing with an exquisite vintage-flavored pulse. This module is a breeze to install and remove from Synergy preamp docks, and its Dual/Single switch also makes it compatible with old-school Egnater and Randall hardware. You also get a 3-position cathode select switch for configuring your input tube bias setting.
