About this listing
A true beauty, and what you see is what you get!! These are photos of the guitar you will receive, AND it's Clearance Priced!!The very first Smart Guitar in the world. A guitar that can amplify itself, generate its own effects, or even turn into a Bluetooth speaker, all without cables, pedals or amps. The THV30DCE abound with refined details and sonic optimizing features: every piece of wood is carefully selected for its tonal characteristics and aesthetic properties. The top is carved out of a specially selected bearclaw Spruce, which takes the sonic print of Engelmann spruce and expands it thanks to its higher stiffness. Together with the breathtaking deep hued Bocote body, the THV30DCE turns out to be a guitar that is incredibly responsive, with full and rich midrange and impressive sustain. Once again, all this would be nothing without a great playability: cutaway, Lâg slim neck profile, Blackwood fingerboard, all those features do not make this guitar only easy and pleasant to play, but mostly unique.Specifications- Back & Sides : Snakewood, Bocote figured- Bridge : Black Brankowood- Category : Steel String Shaped Body Electric-Acoustic- Colors : Natural- Cover/case : Molded case- Cutaway : Yes- Dimensions (mm) : 1120 x 485 x 190- Electronics : HyVibe System- Fingerboard : Black Brankowood- Finishing : Glossy- Format : Dreadnought- Hardware : Satin black- Frets : 20- Neck : Khaya- Nut : Black graphite wedge- Nut Width : 43 mm- Original Strings : Bronze 80/20 Light 12-53- Radius : 350 mm- Scale (mm) : 650 mm- Strings : Metal- Top : Spruce Sitka Bearclaw- Truss Rod : Double-action- Tuning pegs : Die Cast- Types of frets : Medium Silver NickelGeneral specifications- Top: solid Sitka Bearclaw Spruce- Back & sides: figured Bocote- Neck: Khaya Mahogany- Fingerboard: Blackwood- Comes with Multi-effects, looper, Bluetooth speaker etc.The very first Smart Guitar in the world.A guitar that can amplify itself, generate its own effects, or even turn into a Bluetooth speaker, all without cables, pedals or amps.Body- Top : Solid Sitka Bearclaw Spruce- Back & Sides : Figured Bocote- Finish : glossy- Bridge : blackwoodNeck- Neck : khaya Mahogany- Finish : satin- Fingerboard : blackwood- Frets : 20 – silver nickel- Scale : 650 mmHardware- Machine heads : DieCast, black satin, ratio 1:18- Nut : Black graphite / 43 mmElectronicHyVibe system : - multi-effects (reverb, chorus, delay, octaver, tremolo, phaser, distortion...)- acoustic Looper- Bluetooth speaker (stream directly from your phone through your guitar and play along)- MetronomeWhy buy from Mint Strings? What you see is the actual instrument we ship. We occasionally use stock photos from the manufacturer, but they are removed as soon as photos are taken. We photograph every instrument, so you know exactly what you are getting, except for carbon fiber. We use stock photos for carbon fiber guitars and ukuleles because there are no variances. Small handcrafted parts like inlay pickguards and bridge pins are also photographed because woods, abalone, and mother-of-pearl colors vary. We take detailed pictures of all of our products. Buying Used & B Stock Gear- MOST B-STOCK IS IN NEW CONDITION with factory warranty unless otherwise noted. - Used gear will always be an as-is sale. We will do our best to describe it in the most common, understandable grading condition. But keep in mind, that our description and grading of mint, excellent, good, etc. may be different than yours, so please ask questions about any instrument. Instrument Setup- We check all new instruments to ensure each is set up correctly, to normal standards (or factory standards). We cannot guarantee that the setup will be what the buyer "likes," although we've never had a complaint. Not everyone likes factory or standard specs, so it's up to the buyer to set up their new instrument. Because conditions (heat/cold/humidity) change during shipping, most guitars (except the Lava Me and other carbon fiber guitars) are shipped tuned down to DADGAD which applies just enough tension to the neck. Returns- All instruments have a 5% restocking fee if returned with the original packaging intact (as it was shipped). There's no restocking fee for small parts and accessories unless it is a special order, special orders are non-refundable. For all returns, you must email us within 5 days of receipt to return a product. The return window for the products is 14 days, calculated from the day the package was delivered. Simply send us an e-mail request to and put "return request" in the subject line, or use the Reverb message system. No returns on items marked as clearance or direct offer sales 20% off the retail price. We do recommend you insure any guitar not in a case for full price, and guitars in a case for the price of the case, or full price. We use ShipSaver to insure packages.Shipping NotesAll items ship from Westminster, Maryland. Some special-order guitars can be drop-shipped if not in stock. Drop shipping requires a couple of extra days to process the order but should save time in the long run (over shipping here, then to you).We ship items the same day and no later than 24 hours (business days). Outside the US, please message us and include a full address for a shipping estimate. Typically, we don't ship outside the US due to the very high price of shipping. With flat-rate shipping fees, we reserve the right to ship the cheapest, but also the fastest and safest way. If you would like to guarantee FedEx or UPS ground, please contact us before making your purchase. All of our instruments are double-boxed for shipping, with inner and outer boxes, plus layers of bubble wrap, cardboard, and/or packing paper to protect against shipping damage. Please do not throw away packaging until you are sure you are keeping the instrument and it's not damaged. Shipping is non-refundable unless the item is damaged during shipping. Since we charge a flat fee to ship, actual shipping charges are deducted if returned (if more than the flat rate). Thanks for Looking
