The Gibson Les Paul Studio Session Electric Guitar in Cherry takes the familiar feel of a Les Paul Studio and pushes it into a more refined, player-driven direction. The Ultra Modern weight-relieved mahogany body keeps things resonant while making it noticeably more comfortable, paired with an AA figured maple top that adds just the right amount of visual depth. It still carries that unmistakable Les Paul punch, but with a lighter, more responsive feel that’s easier to live with on long sessions.
The SlimTaper neck and bound ebony fingerboard create a fast, smooth playing surface, while the Modern Contoured Heel opens up the upper frets in a way that feels effortless. It’s a subtle change that makes a big difference, especially when you’re moving into lead work or more technical passages.
