Gibson F-style Mandolins stand as some of the most important and iconic Mandolins ever made. While those made after World War II are not nearly as highly regarded as those made in the '20s and '30s, higher-end Gibsons like the F-5G are still very sought-after instruments. Given contemporary demand for Mandolins, these instruments are typically built in very limited production runs.
