Overview
In 2000, Fender introduced a replica of Muddy Waters' 1960 Tele. This guitar used an aged red finish with Fender amp knobs for its controls. The Muddy Waters replica was only produced in the US in 2000, but a Made in Mexico was put into production the following year.
