About this listing
A used FENDER USA / American Vintage 62 Telecaster Custom 3TS has arrived. This is a rare model featuring a "Dark Circuit" configuration rather than modern current wiring. When the selector switch is set to the front position, it produces a unique, deep bass tone with a bold cut in the high frequencies?a preset tone originally designed to serve as a bass substitute back in the day. In the center position, it plays the front pickup alone; in the rear position, the rear pickup alone (with adjustable tone). This guitar lets you authentically experience the same playing feel as guitarists of that era! The thick, resilient midrange characteristic of slab rosewood, combined with the clear, projecting sound of the alder body, creates a pleasant tone that stands out?from chord strumming to solos. There are signs of wear, such as scuff marks, across the entire body. There are paint chips visible on the body bag. Additionally, some metal parts show signs of tarnish. After this item arrived at our facility, we replaced the strings with new ones and had our repair department clean, maintain, and set up all components.
