We've just received a used Fender USA American Deluxe Jazz Bass! Made in the USA in 2006. The American Deluxe series combines a traditional look with modern specs. This model features an alder body paired with a maple neck and rosewood fingerboard, and is equipped with Samarium Cobalt Noiseless (SCN) pickups! The 22-fret design and Avalon dot inlays are also highlights. Controls include a master volume, balancer, and 3-band active EQ. There are traces of a previous pickup fence installation and additional screw holes. The strap pins are Schaller locking pins, but the strap side is missing. There are some signs of use, including scratches on the truss rod adjustment area of the pickguard, minor scuffs, paint cracks at the neck joint, and tarnish on the metal parts. It has been cleaned and fully adjusted since arrival.
