It retains clarity while adding body and sustain without sounding overly squashed.Power Supply (Please Read)This is an early Boss pedal using the ACA power standard (12V).There are two correct ways to power it:Use a dedicated 12V ACA power supply, orRun it in a daisy chain with other standard 9V Boss/PSA pedals. In this configuration, it will work properly with a regular 9V PSA power supply (common and well-known ACA “daisy chain trick”).A great opportunity for collectors or players looking for an authentic vintage Japanese Boss compressor.
