Akai MPC2000 — Fully Loaded, Maxed-Out Spec, Excellent Condition

Rare chance to own an MPC2000 built to its absolute maximum spec — every major hardware and firmware upgrade this legendary sampler/sequencer can take, all in excellent cosmetic and working condition.

Included upgrades:

• Maximum RAM installed (fully expanded sampling memory)
• Latest OS - Akai 1.72
• EB16 effects expansion board upgrade — onboard multi-effects (reverb, delay, chorus, etc.)
• External Zip drive — Zip drive for expanded storage/loading. Currently used to load OS.
• Gotek USB floppy emulator — Save on USB stick, no more hunting for floppies
• New Pads
• Original floppy drive included — kept and included in the sale for authenticity/backup, even though the Gotek is fitted

This is the ultimate MPC2000 configuration — the one collectors and producers look for when they want the classic MPC swing and sound with modern workflow convenience. No more waiting on floppy disks, no memory limitations, extra effects onboard, and full multi-out routing for serious studio use.

I have the 8-output card upgrade — full individual outs for mixing/tracking each voice separately, that hasn't been installed but will but will be included.

Unit has been well maintained, tested, and works perfectly. A true end-game MPC2000 setup, ready to make beats out of the box.
