A criminally underrated preamp with six tones, each one lovelier than the other. These may be “standard” sounds, but I dare you find them without having access to real exemplars of the benchmark amps this pedal is based upon.
A simple idea executed with great mastery: a Fender clean, a Marshall crunch, and a Bogner Ecstasy-style lead channel. Everything runs through a 12AX7, and each channel has its own separately boost, that can be engaged by pressing or depressing once again the channel you've already selected. Channel switching and boost engagement are controllable via MIDI, the pedal includes an effects loop that allows for the 4-cables method and it also has: a direct out, balanced XLR out, and cabinet simulation by Two Notes.
This pedal is simply perfect for a million uses, but above all, it sounds amazing: dynamic, smooth, never dry or thin—a significant step up from any digital emulation, and dinamically speaking it'll mangle any Strymon Iridium (which I owned and resold) hands down.
It ships with the original box and all accessories, including the MIDI DIN-1/8" TRS cable and its power supply. Excellent condition, still with the protective plastic on the window through which you can see the tube.
