This is a 2-in-1 PHASER/DISTORTION pedal from ROSS, a company famous for its compressors!

This is an American-made ROSS PHASER DISTORTION under the name "Keas Electronics." As you can see, it's a unique pedal that adds a phaser effect to the iconic ROSS distortion sound. Each effect can also be used independently. While the Roland AP-7 comes to mind when thinking of PHASER and DISTORTION (FUZZ) pedals in Japan, this is a rare and niche pedal that's not often seen these days.
