Made in very limited numbers and officially they have never been for sale. BOSS has handed over those ULTRA MEGA RARE GOLD BOSS 1998 DS-1 DISTORTION PEDALS as award for great achievement to a few selected European retailers selling BOSS products. Klangfarbe has received one of these and kept it well preserved to this day. The pedal is in full working condition. The socket of the original showroom display is made of wood and came with the pedal.
