Lindert guitars were first known to Noel Gallagher through his friend and influence John Squire of The Stone Roses and can be seen in the classic Seahorses video Love is the Law.

This instrument is one of two produced by the Lindert company exclusively for Noel G Gallagher each carrying different pickup , electronic specification , one of which was sold at Bonhams Auctions in 2012

The instrument comes with copies of personal emails confirming that this instrument was produced for Noel Gallagher of Oasis by the creator of the Lindert brand Charles Lindert.

Noel has been a long standing user of Telecaster style guitars including his iconic Paisley Telecaster seen on Familiar to Millions, his Sunburst Custom Telecaster used to record Be Here Now, A Rosewood Telecaster used on Be Here now and later in his solo career using various Custom Shop Relic Telecaster.It would seem logical for Noel to have both Humbucker and Single coil models among his vast guitar collection which he amassed throughout the 1990s
