The AS312 is a passive 3-way acoustic suspension cabinet from Yamaha — a straightforward, well-built workhorse that covers church, small venue, DJ, and band PA duty without fuss. The driver complement is a 12" long-throw woofer with a butyl rubber surround, a 4-1/4" high-compliance cone midrange in its own sealed sub-enclosure, and a 1" compression driver on a 60 by 40 degree horn. The internal crossover handles the transitions, and the result is a cabinet that punches clearly across the full range with good vocal intelligibility and enough low end to fill a small to medium room. The ACX texture coating on the cabinet is built for road use, and the full-face steel grille protects the drivers. Each cabinet has an integral pole socket for stand mounting.
This pair is in good condition. Both cabinets are clean, all drivers are functioning correctly, and the cabinets present well with normal signs of use. Please refer to the photos for a close look at cosmetic condition.
